Distributing and receiving payroll data has never been easier or more secure.
These new products offer many benefits to IMS customers. They offer a range of online services via the internet to IMS Payroll Partner users including – online payslips, messaging and report/file distribution, leave requests and timesheets. It is fully integrated with your IMS Payroll Partner Software.

Employees Login to IMS Online with their own personal password to:
- Review payslips – including historical archive of payslips
- Receive any other distributed messages – for example pay reviews or memos etc
- Review leave balances, request leave and have it approved/declined
- Enter timesheets, which are validated in real time according to your company rules
Online Messaging
- Distribute payroll reports to managers and any documents/files etc to staff.
Online Payslips
- Each time that a pay is processed in IMS – payslips are uploaded to the IMS Online Website.
Online Leave Requests
- Annual leave balances are displayed to employees.
- Leave can be requested by the employee – which in turn generates an email to their supervisor to approve/decline. If approved this will then generate a payroll transaction for the appropriate period.
Online Timesheets

Timesheets vary greatly from company to company, IMS Online provides a timesheet template that is specific to your company requirements. Capturing the data, validating that data, providing an approval process for supervisors and then having that data transferred to the IMS Payroll Partner in the appropriate period.
