PRICING NOTES
- A time clock interface is an optional extra and costs $200. Please call IMS or your local dealer for more information.
- All prices shown are for a multi-company licence.
- Payroll Partner can be networked at no extra cost.
- The annual PSA fee covers unlimited telephone/fax/e-mail support, all upgrades (except for the M&D charge) and on-going development of Payroll Partner. User feedback and suggestions for enhancements/changes to the product are welcomed and carefully considered for future releases. If the changes are not included in the release, your needs can be discussed with our development team and customisation considered
- The PSA fee is our guarantee to clients that not only will there always be support there when they need it (Monday to Friday 8-5pm, excluding statutory holidays), but also that their payroll software will be up-to-date with any tax/legislative changes and is continually evolving to meet your needs.
UPGRADES: Every time an upgrade is released there will be a Media & Distribution Charge Invoice to the client as follows.
- Upgrade on CD = $45 media & distribution charge.
This charge not only covers the cost of the disks and distribution, but also virus checking, extraction of the software, restoring and testing each payroll, producing release notes etc. This is all carried out to protect your system and to ensure there are no problems installing the upgrade. This is not included as part of the annual PSA fee because from year to year the number of upgrades may vary. Also, clients may elect to receive only the upgrades that incorporate tax or legislative changes.
